The project implemented contemporary looks using sustainable materials. Because the character of user in a metropolitan city has difficulty for maintenance the materials as required from the clients, we think as logical to use simple materials and looks more modern and get impact.

Within the house, a pallete of rough, board stucco concrete with colors, bengkirai wood, galvanized steel the house. With space is discovered to get the light for spatial experiences. It seeks to embrace communal space while creating a dividing wall, contemplative to the users and meeting the needs of the multi-generational family.
