The building concept is modern minimalism and utilizes a tropical environment as a benchmark for natural airflow and lighting.

The design blends with the natural concept and emphasized the local plant as the key design of the facade. as intended filled with deep light incision in the square form, permitted daylight to enter the principal room and borrowed light filler bouncing into other room.

Both of the rooms are located on the upper floor and are designed to overlook the garden and pool in front of it. The dining and double height living space giving some natural airflow to enter the building without difficulties.
